Staying at Walt Disney Swan Hotel.

Want to get the 3 day basic pass ( don’t need hopper ). We are just going on a leisurely trip and planning to stay in one park per day.

Should I buy them ahead of time on the internet or can I just buy them at the hotel?

I’m planning a vacation to Disney World this Summer which happens to fall on my birthday. I’d like to do a character breakfast but I don’t want my dinner to fall short. I don’t want a character dinner and it doesn’t necessarily have to be a buffet. But i’d like my birthday dinner at Walt Disney World to be special as well as the breakfast. Which restaurants at the Walt Disney World Resort would you recommend going to dinner on your birthday?

I’m just wondering what the average time is to rent a car and drive over to Walt Disney World. I heard that taking the magical express service could take up to an hour and a half which is a long time, but is renting a car and driving longer? I’d be renting a car in the long run anyway, since you can rent one at the world anyway.

We are beginning intial planning for a trip to Walt Disney World. We are hoping to stay right on site at one of WDW’s resorts. However, what do you if its pouring rain for a day? Are the parks even open? Are you stuck at your resort?
