Where do you get a tourist card to travel from USA to Venezuela?

I want to go backpacking someplace very tropical, exotic, and far from the tourist trail. I was thinking of places such as Venezuela, Ecuador, Brazil, Papua New Guinea, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, South Pacific, Southeast Asia, etc…..

Does anyone know of a hidden paradise that I can visit?
