How much would I need to travel around SE Asia for six to eight months?
I am planning on taking a gap year after high school to work and to travel. I would like to travel around Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and any other countries I can get to within this time. How much money do you think if I was traveling fairly frugally, including food, transportation, accommodation, and some spending money? I’d like to travel for 6-8 months.
What airport do you think is the best in the world?
I’ve flown all around the world. USA, Europe, Asia, Canada, Oz.
Anyway I think Singapore. I base this on quite a few things. It is SO clean, everything is well set up (signs everywhere, it tells you how long it takes to walk to places you need to get to) Shopping, layout, hospitality, so much to do (you can have a massage, spa, sleep, butterfly garden)
What does everyone else think?
